Legal Tax Services PLLC acts as an independent escrow agent for international clients, holding and disbursing funds in connection with corporate transactions and service agreements. Funds are held in the account and jurisdiction specified in the applicable written escrow agreement, subject to the legal, banking, and professional requirements governing that arrangement, and released upon satisfaction of the conditions agreed by the parties.
Each engagement is governed by a Master Escrow Agreement and fully documented from deposit to disbursement. All clients and beneficiaries are subject to KYC verification and sanctions screening prior to onboarding.
Escrow services are available as a standalone engagement or in connection with entity formation, banking introduction, or corporate documentation services. Fees are agreed upon at the time of engagement.
