Legal Tax Services PLLC acts as an independent escrow agent for international clients, holding and disbursing funds in connection with corporate transactions and service agreements. Funds are held in a dedicated IOLTA Trust Account and released upon satisfaction of conditions agreed by the parties.
Each engagement is governed by a Master Escrow Agreement and fully documented from deposit to disbursement. All clients and beneficiaries are subject to KYC verification and sanctions screening prior to onboarding.
Escrow services are available as a standalone engagement or in connection with entity formation, banking introduction, or corporate documentation services. Fees are agreed upon at the time of engagement.
